Salim Aichi, 34 years old today, is a real estate and financial investor, independent entrepreneur, fund manager, businessman and philanthropist.
He grew up in a district of Seine-Saint-Denis, at Les Bosquets in Montfermeil (93) and stopped school when he was young to do odd jobs with the firm will to succeed.
Entrepreneur at heart, Salim Aichi decided at the age of 21 to start alone, with almost nothing. He created his first company: a design and architecture office (real estate) and in a few years set up more than 300 projects for his clients. He then concentrates on property development, buys land and builds new houses which he resells.
He has a lot of dreams in his head that he will never give up and that he will realize a few years later.
After 8 years of experience, he made one of them and decided to close his French companies to continue his adventure in the United States by settling in Los Angeles. He opened his business there, invested in California and Nevada in real estate.
Passionate about finance since always, he threw himself fully into trading. At the same time, he set up his investment fund with which he invests in the stock market on the financial markets. He understands the functioning and evolution of the global economy and the investment opportunities it offers. He acquires a deep understanding of the financial markets and translates this understanding into quality portfolios.
He creates a solid network and meets influential men, some very powerful, intrigued by his sincerity, his will and his ambition.
Shortly after, he discovered Japan and decided to invest there (real estate). He also settled there and now lives between Los Angeles and Japan.
Having always had his hand on his heart, he made the decision two years ago to create Msdaw Human Development, a private training organization in which he shares his experience and knowledge in order to allow all people wishing to change their lives, to succeed in their projects, just as he did.
He decides to transmit to you today, in this training, all his experience, his know-how, his methods, his tools, which he has been using for the past 10 years and which will allow you to reach and surpass your objectives in entrepreneurship, real estate investment or financial markets.
He is now reaching out to intelligent volunteers who will be able to see him as a mentor and who will be ready to put the odds on their side to achieve their dreams.

It all started when I was 12, I remember it like it was yesterday, I dream of a better life. I go to school most often; one day I go to the Bosquets market in Montfermeil where I grew up.
It's 6 a.m.:
"Sir, are you looking for someone to work with?"
"No you're too young."
"Sir, maybe you are looking for someone?"
"No, you're too young."
I keep going, I ask dozens of times, I search and I find this man who sells hardware, he makes me work and looks at me. I unpack the truck, carry the packages that approach my weight, I have trouble but I do it. I sell the products, repack all the packages and load them into the truck. Exhausted, the gentleman helps me to finish quickly and go home. He looks at me and pays me 70 francs, I look at this money and I freeze. He sees me astonished and upset, he says to me:
"It's good, are you okay?"
"Uh yes sir."
"Are you sure ?"
I answer him: "Yes it will be fine", still upset. I go home I walk and I start to cry, I was so disappointed with the sum, why did I earn so little? If only I could earn more.
Already at 12 years old I was the one I will be all my life, I am the most tenacious, I never give up before I have won, I always win, I invite you to measure yourself against me if you doubt it.
Come, let me show you what few people know about me.
I continue, I connect the markets in parallel with the school. Villeparisis market, I sell lingerie and I hide in shame when I see someone from my family passing by. Sevran market, I sell hair color and nail polish. Lingerie and all these products for women teach me a lot about them.
I keep moving forward, my back problems complicate my life, a pain that has never gone away, I have always carried it, scoliosis, sciatica, neck pain, etc. My father is very tough, never happy, never believed in me. He believed in studies, not me, I believe in work. My mother the queen of queens believes in me.

The children go to play after school, I work at the market. At 16, I dream of going to the USA on a language trip. I borrow the sum of 2000 eur from my 35-year-old cousin, I am on a work-study program I earn almost nothing, I will repay him a few years later and he was very happy with it. I find myself in Florida with children whose parents earn a lot. Mine not much unfortunately. This trip changes my vision, one day I will come back to live here.
I'm already 18, I watch "Mom, I missed the plane again", Kevin makes me dream, the next day I announce to my mother "I'm off to New York to visit the Plaza Hotel and the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center". I find myself at the friend of a Faten friend, so kind and welcoming. I visit the city and I observe, I walk around at night in Harlem, the gangsters look at me askance, don't give a fuck I'm not afraid of anyone, touch me you will regret all your life and even after. I visit the whole city I walk a lot, my feet bleed so much I walk. Nothing stops me, I'm tenacious I do what I say. I learn so much across the Atlantic.
I have returned to the USA over 17 times. I quit school at 18, I went to work at McDonald's, I left McDonald's to be a cashier at Carrefour, then I left Carrefour to sell sunglasses at Solaris, I left Solaris to set up my own business, I'm 21 years, I work 7/7, more than 14 hours a day, I do not earn much 2000 eur in 1 year. For 3 years I work in a vacuum, I don't give up, I learn, I meet great people and I continue. I always keep the faith, the power of the spirit is so creative. I am closing my businesses 8 years later, the French state provides far too many taxes on entrepreneurs. I want to set up my real estate project, I'm going to the bank:
"Sir, my project is viable, I found the right deal, finance me and take the project as collateral."
"No you are too young!"
"Sir can you fund me?"
"No you are too young!"
I continue I do not let go I do all the banks of my city, then those of the city next door, then all the banks of 93 (East), more than 30 banks, nobody finances me. You are too young they tell me, wait until I show you what type of young person I am! Spirit power surpasses any other form of pseudo power. I believe in it and I meet a man who surpasses all the others, whom I call my Brother with a capital F, he believes in me. I set up my project, I design the plans, obtain the building permit, coordinate the teams, the goods, I build these 2 houses from A to Z, top of the range, I sell everything. I'm learning so much about being a real estate developer.
I join a charity association of which I become the president, I have always helped my neighbor in need, it is a joy to now help disabled people, blind people, diabetics, ...
I won't even tell you 1% of my life, but I have chosen a few anecdotes that will make you draw a moral. I am a very discreet and secretive person, I go to great lengths to talk about my private life. But I have to do it to help you achieve your goals.

You know why ? Because I wish the good of others before my own, I gave to others when my pockets were empty, I carried on my back what people could not carry. I work hard, I never lose sight of my goal, I make a lot of mistakes but it's a learning blessing. Few people understood it. The list of what I do every day is long and my humility prevents me from saying too much. So go for it, make mistakes, "cry" if you have to, but don't stand still and listen to others. But assume your choices regardless of the outcome of this risk-taking.
One of the golden rules is this: when you see someone succeed at something and you are not moving forward on your side, be filled with joy for him because God has chosen him. That's happiness, it's seeing others succeed. The difficulty you encounter is more beneficial for you and what will result will be exceptional if you accept your difficulty with joy. Your heart must be filled with happiness at the idea of seeing your neighbor succeed in his project. And it is useless to force you, it must be natural and sincere. To reach such a level you have to do good around you, again and again, but it will open doors for you that you don't even know exist. It's amazing how rich the world is, Einstein had discovered it and was always captivated by the beauty and immensity of creation.
That one of you who defends the values of non-sharing, of lying, of being rude to others, of being jealous of them, of expecting their neighbor to "break their necks", the list is very long, be ready, the "crappy" life that has reached you will never leave you and I give you my word. The world belongs to the good people, whoever tells you the good guys don't win has no knowledge or wisdom. The ones you consider bad and who have really succeeded are much less bad than you think. Who are we to judge them, who are they to judge us? Let's leave the world in the hands of God, He knows perfectly well what He is doing. Change what is deep inside you, let this light emanate from your heart and your life will change in the most beautiful way.
